Policies
Plain-English policies for KeepsakeDrop. $39 one time, per event. Nothing ever renews.
KeepsakeDrop is run by Scott Asher LLC, a US company in Tennessee.
Terms of Service
KeepsakeDrop (keepsakedrop.com) is operated by Scott Asher LLC, which also runs Asher Arcade (asherarcade.com). In these policies, “we” and “us” means Scott Asher LLC, and “you” means anyone who visits, uploads, or buys.
These KeepsakeDrop Policies apply to and control KeepsakeDrop orders. Asher Arcade products follow the Asher Arcade policies at asherarcade.com/policies.html.
By using keepsakedrop.com, uploading to a KeepsakeDrop album, or placing an order, you agree to these policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Don’t use KeepsakeDrop to break the law, harass anyone, upload content you don’t have the right to share, upload anything sexual or obscene, spread malware, or try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the security of our site or albums. We can remove content or end access for anyone who does.
Why we can do this. KeepsakeDrop signs and upload pages are creative work we design ourselves. In 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis (2023), the U.S. Supreme Court held that the First Amendment protects a designer from being forced to create custom work that expresses a message she disagrees with, as long as she serves everyone and declines the message, not the person (summary). That is exactly how we work. We follow Tennessee and federal law, and we never turn anyone away for their race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin (Tennessee public accommodations law).
Our site, code, designs, signs, templates, and the KeepsakeDrop and Asher Arcade names and logos belong to Scott Asher LLC. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them.
We test KeepsakeDrop carefully, but it depends on phones, browsers, Wi-Fi, and services like Google Drive that we don’t control. Except for our refund guarantee, the product and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other warranties, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scott Asher LLC’s total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost photos from a guest’s phone that never uploaded, or a missed moment at your event). Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If you send us photos, names, or other content you didn’t have permission to share, or you misuse KeepsakeDrop, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
You can stop using KeepsakeDrop any time. We can suspend or end access to an album if these terms are broken. If we end a paid product without cause, we’ll refund what you paid for the unused part.
If you believe something we host uses your copyrighted work, or a photo of you that you want removed, email keepsakedrop@asherarcade.com with: your name and contact info, what the work is, where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your signature (typing your full name is fine). We’ll review it and remove material when appropriate.
We may update these policies. The version on this page, with the date at the bottom, is the one in effect. Changes don’t apply to orders already placed unless you agree.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026. This covers keepsakedrop.com and KeepsakeDrop orders.
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run our business, and only as needed:
Photos collect in a private Google Drive folder we create for your event and share with you before your event, so you can watch photos arrive live. Only the host and Scott Asher LLC can see the album. During the collection window (through 30 days after your event) that folder lives in our Google Drive so we can verify uploads are working; we access it only for support and never share it with anyone else. After the window closes we hand the album over to you (you download it, or ask us to transfer the folder into your own Google account). We keep our copy, and our access, for 60 days after the window closes (about 90 days after your event) so you have time to claim it; after that we delete our copy and our access ends. We send reminder emails before that happens.
Our site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how people find us. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We don’t use advertising cookies.
There is no common standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, so our site doesn’t respond to them. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out above instead.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing keepsakedrop@asherarcade.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. For big changes affecting past orders, we’ll email affected customers.
